Document Sciences Joins XML Developer Group as Founding Member

Technical forum serves as information exchange on open XML file formats.

CARLSBAD, CA (March 29, 2006) - Document Sciences Corporation (NASDAQ: DOCX), a proven leader and innovator in automating the creation and delivery of enterprise customer communications for print, email and online distribution, announced it has joined the Open XML Formats Developer Group as a founding member. Initially composed of 40 organizations from around the world, the Open XML Formats Developer Group provides a community for developers to exchange technical information regarding the use of Ecma International-developed Office Open XML file formats.
