Course Title: xPression 2.1.2 Response
Duration: .5 day
xPression Response is a thin client application that allows you to respond in real-time to customer inquiries with fully compliant, customized documents (i.e., customer letters, custom marketing materials). xPression Response provides secured access to select a document from a list, edit the customer data used to produce the document, preview the document, and edit the contents of the document with a built-in Java editor. Once a document is complete, xPression Response enables you to deliver it to a customer through e-mail or a printed hard copy.
This course consists of a series of web-delivered informational sessions followed by independent hands-on exercises where students use and configure xPression Response. This course will be run as a one-day online session via WebEx. Students will receive a document with installation and set-up instructions for WebEx as well as xPression Response, in addition to WebEx and conference call information, one week prior to the scheduled delivery date. This document will also include hardware and software system requirements.
