Payment Options

  • Credit Card: We accept Visa, Master Card and American Express credit cards
  • Invoice: Payment is due upon receipt of emailed invoice. Payment must be received within 30 days of invoice, or before September 26, 2008, which ever occurs first. Please make checks payable to Document Sciences Corporation and mail to:

Cancellations

Cancellations will be possible until Friday, September 26, 2008 with full refund.  No refund will be given for cancellations received after Friday, September 26, 2008.

Substitutions

You may substitute the attendee name at any time using your confirmation number online.  For substitutions after Monday, October 6, 2008, please contact Document Sciences directly at 760.602.1400.

Guests

Guests are welcome to join the evening events for an additional charge of just $100 per guest. Price includes all three evening events.
